General Policy Information
All spa visits are either by appointment or walk-in. All spa reservations require a credit card to secure your reservation. Group reservations must be coordinated. Please call a few weeks in advance to ensure the best choice of appointments for your group.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to give yourself time to check in, fill-out client records, and begin relaxing for treatment.
Our spa enforces a 24-hour cancellation notice (for individual treatments), and a 72-hour notice for 2 or more treatments. If you cancel within 24-hours you will be charged $30 cancelation fee per person.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks with a valid driver's license, and cash.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates must be presented prior to service and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift certificates are irreplaceable, and will become invalid. You may charge by phone or fax. We are happy to mail any certificates by standard mail. Gift certificates issued by Lily Salon & Day Spa or Spa Finder cannot be combined with any promotions offered by Lily Salon & Day Spa.
Our spa has a Sauna, Vichy-shower, Couples massage room with Hydrotherapy tub . Please leave all your valuables at home as we are unable to secure such items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Please keep all receipts after product purchases. If you are dissatisfied within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange the product, provided that you bring a valid receipt.
Gratuities are not included in any spa service or package, are not expected, but always appreciated. 15-20% gratuity in cash or check only is customary for any service.
